Delivery
We will ship your items USPS Priority Mail and the buyer is responsible for shipping fee and taxes (where applicable).
In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Custom order shipping times will vary, and we’ll chat with you directly to provide an estimated turnaround.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once a shipping label has been created. Please note that this means your order is being prepared, but it may not have reached the post office just yet. For the most accurate updates, keep an eye on the tracking link provided — it will show movement once the carrier scans the package into their system.
Please double check your spam box for the email confirmation and that your account information is correct when placing your order(email, mailing address, etc.). If you need to make any changes, please contact us at support@artisansgiftshop.com so we may make the appropriate changes to your account. If the order has already been dropped off at the post office, we are not liable for a refund or pay for additional postage costs.
Returns
We offer unique in-stock and personalized handmade pieces, carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Due to the nature of resin, small imperfections — like microbubbles — may appear. These add to the character of each piece and are a natural part of the handmade process.
Since every product is one of a kind, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged during transit to its new home, please email us at support@artisansgiftshop.com within 7 days of the date of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will respond with further instructions on how we will proceed with the request.
